Our Vision

Forged: Birmingham Leadership Foundation is dedicated to equipping and empowering leaders to impact the city of Birmingham and beyond with the transformative love of Christ. Our mission is to disciple, develop, and deploy Christ-centered leaders for city transformation.​

Teaching leaders to Follow Jesus

We believe in the power of discipleship to transform lives and communities. Our approach involves creating community, building life-on-life relationships, and teaching and modeling how to follow Jesus in every area of life.

Development

Equipping Leaders with skills

We provide training and development programs to equip leaders with the skills, practices, and wisdom to lead from a gospel-centered worldview.
